In your web browser, File > Open, then find the file.

(Although I wouldn't trust MS Works to generate anything approaching decent quality HTML – Microsoft Fontpage does an awful job, and its primary purpose is creating HTML documents).

1st : my computer , click" tools" above and dan "folder options", dan "views" and u will find it "show hidden files and folders"
dan
go this path on you my computer address bar
C:Documents and SettingsAdministrator
dan delete all d files in cookies
dan u will find it, local settings folder , open it, and delete all d files in temprary internet folder and files are in temp folder
along with history folder files

Uhm… with an emulator you can do it illegally, yes. It's pretty unstable and buggy and slow though.

There were some official thing through PS3 though I think, and maybe through its downloader, but I don't have a PS3 to actually know.

Click Tools. Click 'Internet Operations'. Click 'General'. Change home page OR click 'change defaults'. Click 'apply'. Done

Are you using XP? I would make sure that the Windows Firewall is not blocking the web browser connections.

1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
2. From the Control Panel, click Security Center.
3. If Windows Firewall shows On, you are protected.

4. From the Security Center, click Windows Firewall.
5. On the Exceptions tab, check mark Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. Click OK to close out windows. Test your access.

If you do not see the two programs listed on the list then:
5.On the Exceptions tab, click Add Program.
6.In the Add a Program dialog box, click Browse and search for Internet Explorer and Firefox. If they are not there then you have to add them by their directory location. Click "Browse" and type "C:Program FilesMozilla Firefoxfirefox.exe" and save. Repeate for Internet Explorer "C:Program FilesInternet ExplorerIEXPLORE.EXE" (paste them without the quotations).

Go to Start >> Set Program Access and Defaults.

You can adjust default programs there.
